IBEJU HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI (IHS) HOLDS ANNUAL GET TOGETHER AS HON OLOWA LAUDS ASSOCIATION FOR BEING FOCUSSED AND STEADFAST
The Ibeju High School Alumni Association yesterday held its annual event at the Ibeju Agbe High School as the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa was a special guest at the event.
In his address to the alumni members, Hon. Olowa congratulated and commended them for being focussed while encouraging them to remain steadfast as the sky is just the beginning as he acknowledged their efforts in ensuring that the memories of their alma mata remains evergreen.
Giving a stewardship account of his administration, the Council Boss talked more on the education sector while giving a good account of the success achieved so far which includes infrastructure development in almost all the 28 primary schools as well as capacity building of students from secondary schools which involves the partnership between the Local Government and the Pan Atlantic University (PAU).
While assuring the members of his continued support, Hon. Olowa informed the alumni that Ibeju High School will be focussed on, in the year 2025 as the wind of development will also blow across to schools in the coastal areas.
The president of the Ibeju High School Alumni , Mr. Akeem Adewale Balogun appreciated the Executive Chairman for his support in time past, particularly when it bothers on issues of infrastructure and timely interventions. While encouraging the Council boss for his relentless efforts in taking Ibeju-Lekki Local Government higher, he prayed for his continued success.
While giving the vote of thanks, Hon. Olugbenga Kazeem Balogun appreciated the Executive Chairman for always giving them listening ears on issues pertaining the school while being a navigator of success to the entire Council Area. He prayed for God’s continued guidance on his administration.
The Ibeju High School Alumni comprise of Old Students from the 1982 set to the current year as they hold their annual get together. Main objective of the association is to continue to pursue the overall interest of their alma mata and to continue to ensure its success.

Aromire Abidemi Razaq, APC Woman Leader, Alhaja Mobi Raji, CDC Chairman, Comrade Adeboye Jabita amongst others.
