Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule has announced the dissolution of the State Executive Council.
Governor Sule announced the dissolution at an Executive Council meeting held on 3rd Jan. 2025 in Government House, Lafia the state capital.
According to Ibrahim Addra, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Engr. Sule has also relieved Barrister Mohammad Aliyu Ubandoma, the Secretary to the Government of the state of his position.
Governor Sule said the dissolution is a normal process that allows for stock-taking with a view to rejuvenating the council for optimum performance.
He praised the individual and collective contributions of the commissioners and the SGS towards the overall successes recorded by the administration.
According to the Governor, “ I enjoyed working with you all. You have served your state with passion and utmost diligence. I value your contributions and input in our quest to serve the people of our dear state. I wish you well”
He promised that his doors are open and is ready to listen to all who may have useful suggestions on how to better the lot of the people of Nasarawa state.
He wishes them well in their future endeavors.
