KOGI UNITY MOVEMENT (KUM) – APPRECIATION AND CALL FOR GREATER COMMITMENT ON CHRISTMAS
The leadership of the Kogi Unity Movement (KUM) under the President, Alhaji Sanni Musa, appreciates all Christians and members across the state and beyond for their outstanding participation, loyalty, and commitment throughout the year.
Sanni in a press statement release to the public in Lokoja, Kogi State commended members for their support which he said has strengthened the vision of building a united, peaceful, and progressive Kogi State.
KUM remains the umbrella body that brings together the Egbira, Okun, Igala, and all other ethnic groups in Kogi State, promoting unity, understanding, and collective development.
Through the members various engagements, advocacy, and peaceful initiatives, the movement has continued to champion harmony, inclusiveness, and mutual respect among all tribes.
As we look ahead, the President urges members not to relent but to double their efforts towards advancing the objectives of the movement.
“There is still more work to be done in fostering unity, supporting development initiatives, and strengthening peaceful coexistence across communities in the state.
“We also encourage current members to extend a hand of friendship by inviting more people to join the movement. KUM remains open to all peace-loving individuals who believe in one Kogi, one destiny, and one united future. Registration remains open and we look forward to welcoming new members who share our vision” The President said..
On behalf of the leadership and entire executive council, he extends his sincere appreciation to all members noting that together, they will continue to build a stronger, united, and more prosperous Kogi State.
