DR. ESTHER AUDU URGES WOMEN FARMERS TO CELEBRATE WITH MODERATION, LOVE AND VIGILANCE
The National President of Women in Agric Cooperatives Federation, Dr. Esther Audu, has extended heartfelt appreciation to all members of the federation across the country for their dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment throughout the year.
She commended their hard work in advancing agricultural productivity, supporting food security, and uplifting women-led agribusiness initiatives.
Dr. Audu urged members to celebrate the season with gratitude and moderation. She encouraged women to support one another, care for their neighbors, and remain vigilant in their communities.
According to her, “This season is not only about eating rice or drinking; it is a time to reflect, show love, live in unity, and let the world see Christ in our eyes through our actions, compassion, and integrity.”
She emphasized the importance of solidarity among members, stressing that collective strength, mutual encouragement, and shared responsibility remain the pillars for sustaining progress in women-led agriculture.
Looking ahead, Dr. Audu assured members and partners that the Federation is committed to doing even more in the coming year. She stated that strategic programs and empowerment initiatives will be expanded to support more women farmers with resources, training, opportunities, and capacity-building to help them excel and thrive in the agricultural sector.
She prayed for peace, prosperity, and continued blessings for all members and their families, while reaffirming the Federation’s mission to empower women, strengthen communities, and contribute significantly to national development.
