ONE YEAR REMEMBRANCE OF THE LATE FATHER OF KOGI STATE GOVERNOR, AHMED USMAN ODODO
As the family, friends and associates of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, mark the one-year remembrance of his late father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani, I John Yahaya Bello, join the family in solemnly remembering a beloved father whose life, values and legacy continue to live on through his children and loved ones.
On this important occasion, I pray that Almighty Allah continues to grant the deceased eternal rest and admits him into Aljannatul Firdaus. I also pray to Allah to continue to strengthen, comfort and uphold his wife, children and the entire family, giving them the courage and grace to bear his absence while preserving the good memories and values he left behind.
The loss of a father leaves a deep and enduring void in every family. Yet, his greatest legacy remains in the lives of the children he raised and the values he instilled in them. One year after his transition, his memory remains a reminder of the importance of family, love, sacrifice and the responsibility of carrying forward the good name and legacy of those who have gone before us.
I therefore extend my heartfelt condolences and prayers to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, his siblings and the entire family on this solemn anniversary.
May Almighty God continue to guide and protect the Governor, strengthen the family, bless them with good health and long life, and grant them the wisdom and unity to uphold their father’s legacy.
May Allah forgive Papa’s shortcomings, reward his good deeds and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus forever. Ameen.
